Oriental Five Spice

A five spice mix containing cinnamon, fennel, cloves, sichuan pepper and star anise - traditionally representing the five elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Add a teaspoon to pork or chicken as a marinade to create a perfect stir-fry.
